Welcome to Resthave!
Resthave provides twenty-four hour nursing care in our nursing wing and supervised care in our retirement wing. Persons joining us as Residents must be at least 65 years of age whose physical and emotional needs can be met by the services available.
Resthave has 21 Sheltered Care private rooms and one two room suite in the Retirement wing. There are 48 semi-private nursing beds and one transitional private room in the Nursing wing. Each room is furnished with a bed, dresser, night stand, chair, clock, and wall lighting. Drapes, bedspreads, linen and towels are included.
We know a nursing home decision may be difficult. We hope this information will help you with this process. Communication and advanced planning are essential.
Below is a link to our pre-admission form. Filling out this form and sending it to Resthave, places you on our waiting list. To assure you remain active on the list, we need to hear from you each month. You can simply call the office and let us know if you are still interested.

An assessment and pre-screening by Resthave's admission team is done after the initial application form is completed by the Resident and/or responsible party.
